Placing and Order, Payment and Confirmation

By completing an online order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the price on our website www.peekneek.com

Payment must be made at the time of submitting the online order. Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Paypal. You warrant that you are the authorised user of the credit card or Paypal account used to complete the payment.

All online orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and approval of Peek Neek. We will email you the confirmation receipt of your online order via the email addresses entered when making the purchase. Peek Neek may reject your online order for any reason and refund any payment made by you, at any time prior to dispatch.

A shipping confirmation email will only be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. The confirmation email will be sent to the email address entered when making the purchase.

A 2-3 day dispatch time is guaranteed however during sale periods it may take up to 4-5 business days to process an order.

Peek Neek’s prices may vary in the event of price changes or mistakes on this website without prior notice to you.

Pre Orders

How do 'pre-orders' work?

Sometimes we want to test a small run of new colourways / products which is why you’ll occasionally be able to Pre-Order. The expected delivery period will be noted in the description of the product on our online store. At the time you place your order, you will be required to pay the full price to secure your pre-order.

You should expect a delayed period between the purchase of the product & the actual delivery of the product. Delivery dates are subject to change & we will be in touch should there be any unexpected delays with your order.

Standard return policies apply to all pre-orders.

**We do not take cancellations on pre orders or refunds prior to shipping. Our exchange and return policies to normal purchases apply.**

Returns Policy

All sales are subject to our returns policy.

Peek Neek does not offer refunds on purchased products due to change of mind. Peek Neek will only offer a refund if the product is faulty or not as described on the website - for example, most handwoven products will endure pulls to the yarn through use, this would be considered standard wear and tear and not eligible for a refund.

All returns; within Australia need to be requested and logged for return within 21 days of receiving the item. If you are outside the timeframe stated above, Peek Neek reserves the right to deny your return.

The product must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place. Item/s must not be worn, washed or altered in any way.

Sale items - including flash sales or discount offers will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.

Insurance and Delivery

In the unlikely event of a lost parcel, we are not responsible for this as this and is out of our hands once we hand your product over to our shipping supplier. Whilst it is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages, we will absolutely do all we can to help you. To avoid this, we recommend only using a shipping address you trust and ideally where someone will be available to receive the package.

Customs, Taxes and Duties

If a purchase is made outside of Australia, you, the buyer, are responsible for all customs and duties associated within your own country. For detailed information we recommend contacting your local customs office. We are legally required to declare the full value paid on all Peek Neek orders and must include the correct invoice for customs should they request it.

Faulty Policy

Every product sent out is meticulously quality controlled for the best possible customer experience. However, in the case of a faulty product, Peek Neek will refund within 10 days of receiving your item and refund the customer any shipping costs incurred to return a product with a manufacturing fault.

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us as soon as you have received your order. This way we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem. Please email use our Contact form on our website and someone from the Peek Neek team will be in touch with next steps.

If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault, we will replace the product. In the event that we do not have a replacement you will be refunded through your original payment method. The the product is found not to have a defect or deemed out of warranty, no exchange or refund will be provided.

It does not constitute a defect, if in our rescuable opinion, the product has, following the sale,, become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse or failure to use in accordance with the care instructions.

Promotional Codes

Peek Neek occasionally will have special offers that can be applied to your order by using a promotional code. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the promotional code in the space provided at the checkout process and hit the ‘apply’ buttons. The value of the promotion will be applied to your order automatically.

If you have not applied the promotional code but your order was placed during the event contact our team straight after you have placed the order. It is up to Peek Neeks’s discretion to refund you the discounted amount.

Please note, only one promotional code may be used per transaction, unless otherwise specified each promotion code may only be used once per customer.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are automatically emailed to the customer once purchased with a unique code to the email address input at the checkout. Gift cards must be used in full within one transaction.

Gift cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Peek Neek does not take responsibility for lost or stolen gift cards. If an order is made using a gift card and then returned, the portion of the purchase attributable to the gift card will be refunded as an online store credit only.

Intellectual Property and Rights

The website and all of it content, including but not limited to, its software or HTML code, scripts, text, artwork, photographs, images, videos and audio are the intellectual property of Peek Neek. All content is provided by Peek Neek as a service to its current and prospective customers and may be used for personal use and purchasing purposes. You may not use this website or any of its content for any commercial purposes, including advertising revenue generating activity on your own website. Any unauthorised copying, alteration, distribution, transmission or theory use of the materials is prohibited.

Any brand looking to copy the Peek Neek product should expect to be challenged in a court of law. We are already aware of potential copy-cats specifically in Ashburn, Virginia and invite our customers to inform us of any others.

Trademarks

Reproduction or misuse of any trademarks and logos on the website are strictly prohibited. Peek Neek and its affiliated suppliers retain all rights in regarding their trademarks, trade names, brand names and trade dress. These made, names and trade dress, and all associated logos or images, are the register and or common law trademark and are protected by local and international laws and treaties.

Acceptable use of our website

You agree that; you will not misuse our services, you will not make any speculative or fraudulent orders. You will not conduct systematic or automated data collection activities. You will not alter another website so that it false implies that you are affiliated with Peek Neek. You are responsible for all use of your account, and for ensuring that all use of your account complies full with our terms.

Your Rights

You have the right to expect that - (1) Any products you order through the website will be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and aligned to the description on the product page of the website. (2) A comprehensive procedure will be followed if a product is agreed to be defective. (3) You have the choice for a full refund or store credit if a faulty product is unable to be repaired of replaced.

Privacy

We respect and appreciate your privacy at Peek Neek. We do not share or sell any information to third parties. All information collected by Peek Neek is used solely for the purpose of processing your order or getting in touch with you to notify you of upcoming news and sales.

Peek Neek Account

As a Peek Neek account holder, you agree that you will be personally responsible for the use of your account and for all of the communication and activity on and pursuant to this website. If we determine that you are or have been engaged in prohibited activities, were not respectful of the uses, or otherwise violated our terms, we may deny you access to the website on a temporary or permanent basis.

Order Cancellation By Us

At Peek Neek we will do our very best to ensure your order is fulfilled. However in the unlikely event of a lack of stock, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In the event of a cancellation, we will contact you via email within 24 hours of receiving your order. If we can not fulfil the order, we will provide you with a store credit immediately. Peek Neek will re-credit your account for the value of the goods + shipping.
